Chris Gremley was born into the Real Estate business.

My father, Richard Gremley, was a real estate developer in Bradenton the 80’s. I spent my summers digging foundations, scraping floors, filling dumpsters with construction debris and pretty much anything else that needed to be done. My father taught me the business from the ground up.
